Casino Wharf is a 26,000 square-foot, three-story building with an upscale restaurant and eight residential units. It is located on the beach at historic Falmouth Heights, steps from Vineyard Sound and looking over to Martha’s Vineyard. The building sits on an elevated slab within 60 feet of the water. This was a challenging project due to limited site access and various environmental constraints.
